Job Responsibilities

<li>Oversee end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training &amp; development, and performance management.</li>
<li>Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and procedures that align with the company’s objectives.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and HR regulations.</li>
<li>Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention.</li>
<li>Manage disciplinary and grievance issues professionally and in line with company policy.</li>
<li>Collaborate with department heads and management on workforce planning and staffing requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date HR records and systems.</li>
<li>Prepare and present regular HR reports to the management team.</li>
