Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and calmly
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
Reporting Line
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Customer Service
