Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service to join our team at Gathercare. The Customer Service Representative acts as the first point of contact for our clients and community members. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience for anyone engaging with our health and wellness programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping others achieve their wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle app portal ticket support and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information about programs, appointments, memberships, and community care services.
  • Assist clients in navigating available health and wellness resources.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (wellness coaches, healthcare professionals, and administrators) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service quality and experience.
  • Stay informed about company initiatives, wellness programs, and community events.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in health, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Fresh gradute/ 1–3 years of experience in customer service or client relations (experience in healthcare, wellness, or community care is an advantage).
  • Able to communicate and got interpersonal skills, with the ability to show empathy and patience.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
