<li>Demand &amp; Planning <ul> <li>Manage demand and replenishment processes for APAC markets, ensuring finished goods supply across regional plants.</li> <li>Conduct regular analysis of SKU performance, identifying stock-outs and future backlogs based on latest business conditions.</li> <li>Review forecasts with Demand Analysts and the Commercial team as needed; conduct forecast vs. actual order reviews at least twice weekly.</li> <li>Update SAP forecasts manually for ad hoc orders or updated demand prior to Supply Review.</li> <li>Ensure accurate closing of planning orders (purchase and transfer orders).</li> <li>Monitor weekly shipping plans to ensure timely dispatch from supplying plants.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Stakeholder Coordination &amp; Customer Support <ul> <li>Act as the first point of contact for customer-related planning queries.</li> <li>Coordinate with Customer Service and Logistics to ensure labelling, marking, and delivery requirements are met.</li> <li>Support cross-regional communication to align supply, demand, and planning requirements.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Inventory, Stocking Policy &amp; SMOG Management <ul> <li>Maintain planning parameters and stocking policies (finished goods, intermediates, raw materials) in alignment with business rules and working capital targets.</li> <li>Maintain accurate MRP master data and planning parameters (lead times, MOQ, stocking policies) within ERP systems.</li> <li>Drive SMOG (Slow-Moving &amp; Obsolete Goods) reduction initiatives; propose write-offs and preventive actions to Regional Planners.</li> <li>Coordinate new product/SKU extensions and resolve stock issues (e.g., damaged inventory incidents).</li> </ul> </li> <li>Capacity Planning &amp; Process Improvement <ul> <li>Support the Planning Partner in short-, medium-, and long-term capacity-demand balancing (RCCP 3–18 months).</li> <li>Identify opportunities for improvement within planning and purchasing interfaces.</li> <li>Challenge existing processes, propose enhancements, and assess risks and implications of decisions.</li> <li>Ensure difficult or sensitive issues are escalated appropriately and in a timely manner.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Compliance &amp; Best Practices <ul> <li>Ensure adherence to company safety, compliance standards, and operational best practices.</li> <li>Maintain accurate transactional planning/scheduling processes to ensure product availability within ERP systems.</li> </ul> </li>
