Kinsley by K was born out of a medical doctor’s mission to help patients struggling with acne. As a primary care physician, our founder Dr. Krystine noticed many of her patients silently battling skin concerns without proper guidance. Inspired by her own family’s struggles with acne, she created a science-backed skincare line formulated with medical precision and a heartfelt touch.
What started as a passion project during maternity leave has now grown into a full-fledged skincare brand, complete with a dedicated facial therapy center, SkinLoft. Our signature line, the Acne-Defy Regime, features premium ingredients like encapsulated salicylic acid, niacinamide, centella asiatica, and prebiotics, all working in harmony to clear and protect acne-prone skin. We don’t just sell skincare; we offer solutions and education for lasting confidence.

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, disciplined, and customer-focused Facial Therapist to join our team. Candidates must be able to communicate confidently in English and Malay and deliver a high-standard client experience.
Job Responsibilities
<h3>1. Facial Treatments &amp; Procedures</h3>
<ul>
<li>Perform SkinLoft signature facials, including microdermabrasion, extractions, brightening therapies, LumiHydra, acne care, and relaxation facials. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow treatment protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality results. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain accurate treatment notes before and after each session. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>2. Customer Consultation &amp; Service</h3>
<ul>
<li>Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatment plans. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Explain procedures, post-care, and treatment expectations clearly in English/Malay. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain SkinLoft’s warm, professional, “Empathetic Elegance” service tone. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>3. Product Knowledge &amp; Sales Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>Educate clients on suitable homecare using Kinsley by K products. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support consultations that naturally convert to product purchases (no hard-selling). &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>4. Hygiene, Safety &amp; Professional Standards</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensure rooms, tools, and machines are sanitized following centre protocols. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain high hygiene standards at every step of treatment. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow SOPs for inventory, towel management, room turnover, and daily checklists. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>5. Teamwork &amp; Daily Operations</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the operations team for smooth appointment flow. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with reception duties when needed (booking, inquiries, follow-ups). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Join weekly training, skill practice, and performance discussions. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>6. Professional Growth</h3>
<ul>
<li>Attend continuous skill development in facial techniques, communication, and product mastery. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in events, roadshows, and client engagement activities. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
