Job Overview

We are seeking a professional, disciplined, and customer-focused Facial Therapist to join our team.
Candidates must be able to communicate confidently in English and Malay and deliver a high-standard client experience.

Job Responsibilities

1. Facial Treatments & Procedures

• Perform SkinLoft signature facials, including microdermabrasion, extractions, brightening therapies, LumiHydra, acne care, and relaxation facials.
   
• Follow treatment protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
   
• Maintain accurate treatment notes before and after each session.
   

2. Customer Consultation & Service

• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatment plans.
   
• Explain procedures, post-care, and treatment expectations clearly in English/Malay.
   
• Maintain SkinLoft’s warm, professional, “Empathetic Elegance” service tone.
   

3. Product Knowledge & Sales Support

• Educate clients on suitable homecare using Kinsley by K products.
   
• Support consultations that naturally convert to product purchases (no hard-selling).
   

4. Hygiene, Safety & Professional Standards

• Ensure rooms, tools, and machines are sanitized following centre protocols.
   
• Maintain high hygiene standards at every step of treatment.
   
• Follow SOPs for inventory, towel management, room turnover, and daily checklists.
   

5. Teamwork & Daily Operations

• Work closely with the operations team for smooth appointment flow.
   
• Assist with reception duties when needed (booking, inquiries, follow-ups).
   
• Join weekly training, skill practice, and performance discussions.
   

6. Professional Growth

• Attend continuous skill development in facial techniques, communication, and product mastery.
   
• Participate in events, roadshows, and client engagement activities.
   

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field.
   
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in facials, extractions, or skincare therapy.
  (Fresh graduates with strong practical skills may be considered.)
   
• Strong understanding of skin anatomy, acne care, and facial techniques.
   
• Must be able to speak English and Malay clearly and professionally.
   
• Pleasant personality, disciplined, punctual, and committed to growth.
   
• Able to follow structured treatment protocols.
   
• Able to work weekends and public holidays (rotational off-days provided).
   
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork culture.
