What would you be doing:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for managing customer accounts effectively, providing great experience to customers, and delighting customers while building rapport and loyalty by keeping close contact.</li>
<li>Maintain an accurate record of client engagement.</li>
<li>Maintain professionalism in all conversations with customers across all channels through phone calls and Whatsapp/Telegram chat.</li>
<li>Provide great customer experience through a consultative approach.</li>
<li>Be a strong team player and support company directions &amp; goals.</li>
<li>Take ownership of your own performance by evaluating key metrics.</li>
<li>Be agile to change and continue to develop deeper knowledge and skills workshops, team huddles &amp; coaching sessions.</li>
<li>Work location: Remote</li>
<li>Working hours: Monday - Friday (12PM - 9PM).</li>
</ul>
