We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveying Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in taking off quantities, assisting with contract documentation, and participating in project cost control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assist in taking off quantities and preparing material tabulations from technical drawings.</li>
<li>Help in preparing progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.</li>
<li>Assist in evaluating sub-contractors' claims and quotations.</li>
<li>Support the QS team in sourcing materials and obtaining quotations from suppliers.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize project files, contracts, and related documentation.</li>
</ul>
