Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveying Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in taking off quantities, assisting with contract documentation, and participating in project cost control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in taking off quantities and preparing material tabulations from technical drawings.
• Help in preparing progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Assist in evaluating sub-contractors' claims and quotations.
• Support the QS team in sourcing materials and obtaining quotations from suppliers.
• Maintain and organize project files, contracts, and related documentation.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS) or any related field.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel).
• Responsible, willing to learn, and careful with numbers.
• Open to fresh interns with no prior experience.
