Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner;
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives when necessary;
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience;
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers;
  • Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance targets;
  • Generate Sales Orders, Delivery Orders & Invoices;
  • Follow up on all orders, schedule orders, back orders, and collections;
  • Provide support to salesperson in issuing quotation, proforma invoice, processing & monitoring of all their orders;
  • Tracking ETA dates (outstanding sales order monitoring & follow-up, updating salesperson & customers);
  • Ensures all orders are processed timely in accordance with our process flows;
  • Delivery arrangement.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field;
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field of at least 2 years is preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
