We are hiring a Project Coordinator to manage site coordination, materials, and project progress.

This role ensures projects run smoothly, on time, and without mistakes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Coordination
   Coordinate daily site activities with workers and subcontractors
   Ensure work follows drawings and specifications
   Solve on-site issues quickly
   
2. Material & Logistics
   Arrange material delivery to site
   Monitor material usage and prevent wastage
   Ensure no shortage or delay
   
3. Progress Monitoring
   Track project timeline and completion
   Report progress to management
   Ensure work meets deadlines
   
4. Communication
   Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and site teams
   Attend site meetings when required
   Handle basic site documentation

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma in Construction / Engineering or related
• Fresh grads welcome
• Basic understanding of site operations
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Must be willing to travel to site (Klang Valley)
• Able to handle pressure and fast-paced environment
