Job Description

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting the company’s growth goals.


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding coordination)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the company's database and system
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment events as needed
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies

Job Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred
  • Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience recruiting for technical and volume hirings
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools (Jobstreet and etc)
