Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting the company’s growth goals.
 Your Day-to-Day:

<li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding coordination)</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities</li>
<li>Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach</li>
<li>Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews</li>
<li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams</li>
<li>Maintain accurate candidate records in the company's database and system</li>
<li>Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts</li>
<li>Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process</li>
<li>Assist with campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment events as needed</li>
<li>Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.)</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies</li>
