This leadership role not only delivers deep market intelligence, performance analytics, and strategic recommendations to optimize AMD’s channel operations.&nbsp;THE PERSON:As a trusted business advisor, this individual will collaborate closely with APAC Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver predictive analytics, competitive intelligence, and performance reporting that enhance decision-making and channel effectiveness. The successful candidate will combine strong business acumen, technical expertise, and team leadership capabilities to drive impactful outcomes across AMD’s commercial ecosystem.&nbsp;Key RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;<ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li>Developing and executing an advanced analytics and insights strategy that supports APAC Channel Operations and drives business optimization.</li><li>Leveraging data analytics, market insights, and strategic planning to deliver actionable recommendations to commercial and channel leadership.</li><li>Enhancing partner performance, sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency through timely, data-informed decisions.</li><li>Driving strategic initiatives that improve channel and distribution effectiveness through in-depth analysis, reporting automation, and process optimization.</li></ul>&nbsp;Business Insights &amp; Analytics:<ul><li>Develop and maintain a robust business management system for tracking key metrics across Commercial, Consumer, Component, Embedded, and FAE segments.</li><li>Analyze channel sales, partner performance, and market trends to generate insights that fuel sales growth and business expansion.</li><li>Build forecasting models and predictive analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.</li><li>Track sell-in, sell-through, and inventory levels to optimize supply chain efficiency and partner performance.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Operations Planning (SOP):<ul><li>Lead weekly sales and operations cadence meetings, planning sessions, and business deep dives across the APJ region.</li><li>Deliver commercial insights and data-driven recommendations to improve partner coverage, sales productivity, and revenue growth.</li><li>Support quarterly sales target setting, goal attainment analysis, and performance tracking in collaboration with Sales and Finance.</li></ul>&nbsp;Executive Reporting &amp; Storytelling:<ul><li>Prepare compelling executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate business performance and strategic opportunities.</li><li>Automate and optimize reporting workflows to ensure efficient, accurate, and accessible business insights delivery.</li><li>Translate complex data into concise, business-relevant narratives for senior leadership audiences.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Process Optimization:<ul><li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Channel Operations, and Finance teams to embed data-driven decision-making across the business.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, data integrity, and operational excellence.</li><li>Align regional analytics initiatives with global strategies, ensuring consistency and scalability.</li></ul>Key Competencies &amp; Skills<ul><li>Analytical &amp; Technical Expertise:<ul><li>Strong background in data modeling, analytics, and visualization using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL and database querying to support self-service data access and advanced analytics.</li><li>Ability to extract actionable insights from complex or incomplete datasets.</li></ul></li><li>Business &amp; Commercial Acumen:<ul><li>In-depth understanding of channel and distribution models, including sell-in/sell-through metrics, demand planning, and retail dynamics.</li><li>Solid experience in sales operations, business planning, and performance optimization.</li><li>Strong commercial storytelling and executive presentation skills.</li></ul></li><li>Execution &amp;
