Job Requirements

 Job Requirements: 

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;  
• Experience: Minimum of 2 or 3 years in domestic sales and marketing, preferably in the education or service sector, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 
• Strategic Skills: Strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, sales plans, and promotional campaigns tailored to the Malaysian market. 
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities. 
• Market Insight: Deep understanding of local market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. 
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics to drive performance and optimize campaigns. 
• Leadership & Drive: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects. 
• Language Requirement: Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and English
