What’s the Role?
We’re hiring a Retail Associate — someone who’s more than a salesperson. You’ll be the first and last impression of Ana Tomy in-store — our brand ambassador, storyteller, and problem solver. You’ll help shape the experience customers remember us by — and how they feel about what we stand for.
This is not your typical retail job — and we’re not your typical team. We’re small, collaborative, and constantly evolving. Roles shift fast, ideas bounce around daily, and feedback (even when it stings) is part of the rhythm. If you’re someone who thrives with clear-cut SOPs and fixed boundaries, this might feel disorienting. But if you get excited by building the plane while flying it — we might be your people.
