Job Description:

• Assist to manage day-to-day operation activities related to active project expectation and delivery
• Perform sales picking from the inventory and packing / assembly / items bundling activities
• Learn how to pack, wrap and decorate gift boxes to make them look presentable and in the most creative way
• Assist to manage inventory incoming and outgoing entries and update data in excel sheets
• Handle day to day waybill print for shipping / courier purposes
• Assist in managing different drivers and select the right vehicle for order delivery
• Assist to coordinate between the operations and customer service team to ensure project delivery is smooth and successful
• Assist in handling suppliers request, and coordinate purchasing invoices and delivery
• Ensuring the store room is organized and in order everyday.

Education:Diploma or Bachelors Degree in ecommerce, operations, business administration or related fields

Experience: Fresh graduate or intern students can apply. We're looking for interns that are ready for a permanent position right after internship added. If you have prior skill sets business administration, creative design or operations will be an advantage.

Training will be provided: You will learn the basics skills in running an e-commerce business.

Job Type: 

• Internship (Pay: RM1,000.00 per month)
• Contract: 3-6 months (Pay: RM2,000 - RM2,500)
• Permanent position: RM2,800 and above

Job Requirements:
We're looking for individuals with:

• Good English communication skills (not shy) and basic to intermediate English writing skills
• Someone who is detail oriented, good with mathematical formula calculation ie cost or sales number (basically you can measure units like kg, g, cm, m, cubic meter without feeling like you loathe the process but instead loving it)
• Enjoy selecting eco friendly products, negotiating price and building relationship with suppliers and partners
• IT literate - ability to read, understand, and process notifications coming from multiple online dashboard without feeling like your brain is exploding.
• Enjoy fast paced environment (too slow is boring for you) and possess excellent time management skills (sense of urgency in doing things)
• Computer literacy, with proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office
• Wants to develop project management skills to manage sales and operations process from end-to-end
• You are very result-driven - wants to join a high performing team and excel fast together
• Likes to do everything in the most efficient manner
