Perform duty as responsible for data entry key in for inbound and outbound processes. Daily

good receiving had been updated in the system.

Job Description

1. Responsible for the data entry and inventory of all stock
2. Sort, organizer, and store inventory in a proper location
3. Monitoring stock transaction
4. Daily good receiving from supplier/container
5. Return stock process
6. Stock Transfer Note – Correction
7. Handle internal transaction – Refurbish, Assembly, Wonderlab
8. Help to update listing for product X, R and LUR by daily
9. Work as a team member to complete team goals

Academic Education:

•  Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Language Proficiency:

• Able to read and communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Professional Experience:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.  
• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a Administrative, Production-related field will have an added advantage.

Technical & Management Skills:

• Strong time management skills.  
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.  
• Possess leadership qualities.  
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff.

Personal & Interpersonal Skills:

• Positive attitude, responsible, and disciplined.
