Job Description

This is a remote role for our subsidiary company (beauty brand) which has skincare products placed in >2,000 stores in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Order tracking
• Inventory checks
• Supplier communication
• 3PL communication
• Sample shipments
• Customer service replies
• General “keep the machine moving” tasks

Job Requirements

What we need in you:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track many moving parts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, 3PL partners, and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment processes, and shipment tracking.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely, accurate responses.
• Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in identifying issues before they become problems.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, especially in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly when unexpected situations arise.
• Familiarity with common tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, email, and order management systems.
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with 3PL warehouses or e-commerce fulfillment centers.
• Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Prior experience in coordinating sample shipments or dealing with international logistics.
• Ability to create simple reports (inventory status, order issues, delays, etc.).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or small business environment.
