The Opportunity

Are you a dynamic leader who thrives on turning strong customer relationships into massive business growth? We are looking for an energetic Strategic Program Manager to champion our key accounts in the die-cut and rubber products sector. You won’t just manage projects; you will own the product lifecycle, drive P&L performance, and act as the strategic bridge between our global customers and internal production teams.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Revenue Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand business within existing strategic accounts and increase our revenue footprint.
• Lead with Impact: Organize, plan, and direct program schedules, budgets, and resource allotment to ensure every project is a success.
• Technical Partnership: Collaborate with customers on Design for Manufacturing (DFM), engineering changes, and sample readiness specifically for die-cut and rubber components.
• Be the Face of the Company: Serve as the primary communication channel and escalation point, ensuring world-class customer satisfaction and rapid conflict resolution.
• Master the Metrics: Track key performance indicators and drive immediate action items based on results to keep projects on the fast track.
• Optimize Operations: Manage the NPI (New Product Introduction) team, ensuring sufficient lead times for QRFs and seamless updates in the SyteLine system.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field of study.
• Experience: At least 5 years of proven success in project, program, or customer account management.
• Language: Native or professional fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential to support our Mandarin-speaking customer base.
• Industry Edge: Past experience with die-cut or rubber products is a major advantage and will put you at the front of the line.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to negotiate complex contracts with ease.
