Job description:
1) Sales Strategy &amp; Revenue Growth:
<ul>
<li>To help the selling tasks in contributing to the company’s growth and attainment of set goals in the Sales Department.</li>
<li>Manage and resolve conflicts on NPI related and work with internal departments on Corrective Action.</li>
<li>Leading the NPI team on Quotation, QRF Hit Rate Report, Project Tracker, and other compilation required to track the progress on new business.</li>
<li>To take part in activities such as Trade Exhibitions, Seminars, Training Courses.</li>
</ul>
2)Customer &amp; Account Management:
<ul>
<li>To plan and manage customers’ accounts that are assigned to you with focus on execution of new projects development, meet the project’s deadline.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Collaborate with customers, NPI and RIC on new project DFM, quotation, engineering changes, samples readiness and deliveries.</li>
</ul>
3) Sales Forecasting &amp; Reporting:
<ul>
<li>Track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.</li>
<li>Forecast sales trends, pipeline growth and revenue project accurately.</li>
<li>Present sales performance insights and strategic recommendations.</li>
</ul>
4) Budget &amp; Pricing Management:
<ul>
<li>Manage sales budgets, working together with relevant departments for pricing strategies to maximize profitability</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and sales agreements.</li>
</ul>
