The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining key relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills to represent the company, negotiate partnerships, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and opportunities.
2. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and business plans.
3. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects.
4. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
5. Identifies and remains current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
7. Maintain quality service by enforcing organizational standards and staying updated through networking, benchmarking, and professional participation.
8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
9. Provide input on product/service improvements based on client feedback and market needs.

Qualications

1. A bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, but relevant experience can be considered.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
