Key Responsibilities

• Seek out and engage new business opportunities to broaden our client network.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients’ agencies and brand partners.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations pitches and marketing strategies to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor assessments to uncover trends and potential opportunities. 
• Collaborate with internal teams, including video production and influencer marketing experts to devise customized solutions for clients. 
• Negotiate agreements and finalize deals to meet sales objectives.
• Monitor and report on sales performance ensuring consistency with the company's growth goals.
• Stay informed about industry advancements emerging trends and innovative marketing technologies.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business marketing communications or a relevant discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales or digital marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing digital, advertising and video production.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation and presenting.
• Self-driven, proactive and capable of thriving in a high-paced environment.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
