Responsibilities:

• Supporting and administering the company Atlassian Cloud systems:
• JIRA Software
• JIRA Work Management
• JIRA Service Management
• Confluence
• Working with our App development team to test and evaluate new features.
• Supporting colleagues with their use of the Atlassian Products.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or related field of study OR unrelated University degree and two years’ experience in IT Service or Software Management.
• Experience with Atlassian Products (JIRA, Confluence etc..) as a key user or administrator.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within constrained timelines and deliver results on-time.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers that lead to positive outcomes.

Advantages:

• Atlassian certifications. Eg: ACP-620, ACP-420.
• 1+ Years Experience administering JIRA systems.
