Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, debug and documenting of applications to satisfy business requirements of projects.
• Provide technical consultation to the Business/System Analyst and Project Manager for devel-oping new systems or enhancing existing ones to support the business.
• Analysis and translation of complex business requirements into technical requirements for de-velopment, and creation of high level technical architecture, design documents and technical specifications, in accordance with best practices and standards.
• Able to do scoping of work and provide estimation.
• Research and evaluation of alternative solutions, and recommend implementations.
• Work with team members to estimate timelines, define project plans, and delegate tasks.
• Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved.
• Perform code review.
• Work with Technical Architect to realize technical concept.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Able to lead a development team to meet project timelines and project goal.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years professional experience in the development and implementation of Java / Jakarta EE framework applications.
• Must have strong knowledge in Java 17 and above, Web Services (RESTFUL), ORM technol-ogies (Hibernate JPA), Apache Kafka, Apache Camel, Maven, PostgreSQL Database, perfor-mance monitoring tools (Grafana) and profilers (JVisualVM, Jprofiler), GIT and testing frame-work (Junit and relevant mocking technology).
• Knowledge and working experience in using later version of Java (up to 21), Eclipse IDE, Eclipse Vert.x, Jetty 12, Jenkins, Jira, Jasper Report, ZK Framework, Angular 16, Xtend/Xtext, and good IT security awareness and code performance is highly desired. Experi-ence on either AWS or Azure cloud platform is a required, preferably AWS.
• Working knowledge of ObjectOriented design, MVC & MVVM concept, modular programming architecture and application integration is an advantage.
• Experience in others Jakarta EE technologies and open source frameworks apart from those mentioned above is an advantage.
• Solid analytical, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• This job demand flexibility and willingness to work in dynamic environment with customer driven project. The candidates are expected to communicate with clients and colleagues in EU regu-larly.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines. Independent, self-discipline, self-organize, and able to learn and work under minimum supervision.
