The organization values collaboration, accountability, and a focus on constant growth and innovation.&nbsp; To support their expanding operations, they are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join their team and contribute to the effective management of warehouse activities, inventory control, and logistics support. This role follows a hybrid work setup with standard hours from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time at Bonifacio Stopover, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <ul type="disc"> <li>Manage and reconcile all pooled equipment, including pallet bins and hired containers</li> <li>Monitor and report faults for warehouse equipment and company-owned vehicles</li> <li>Coordinate usage, maintenance, and documentation of company vehicles</li> <li>Raise and process purchase orders accurately and on time</li> <li>Maintain and monitor warehouse inventory to ensure stock accuracy and availability</li> <li>Support the receipt, allocation, and dispatch of incoming and outgoing goods</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date warehouse documentation and ensure data accuracy across systems</li> <li>Coordinate with freight providers to ensure efficient and timely deliveries</li> <li>Assist with the reallocation and tracking of demo and monthly stock</li> <li>Communicate effectively with internal teams to support inventory and logistics needs</li> </ul> SKILLS, EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATION <ul type="disc"> <li>Minimum of 4 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory coordination roles</li> <li>Tertiary education in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field</li> <li>Proficient in general office software and warehouse/inventory management tools</li> <li>Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Experience in managing equipment, vehicles, and vendor coordination processes</li> </ul> ASW OFFERS <ul type="disc"> <li>Be part of a Great Place to Work® certified company that's going places!
