Job Description

• Oversee all activities for children before and after school care.
• Deliver engaging lessons to primary students in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English, Science, and Mathematics.
• Provide homework coaching for primary students.
• Ensure the safety of all students, maintaining professionalism at all time.
• Communicate effectively with the students, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Develop lesson plans, create educational aids, and prepare teaching materials to facilitate effective learning.
• Organize and lead the ‘Fun and Learn’ holiday activities that combine enjoyment with education.
• Coordinate and conduct motivational camps during holidays to inspire and energize students. 
• Track and report students' progression report.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
• Prefer candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Psychology or Diploma in Education.
• Open to candidates with no prior experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Looking for self-motivated individuals capable of working independently. Must exhibit patience, a passion for teaching, and a loving and caring disposition towards children.
• Candidates who are able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English. This role requires the teacher to teach the SJKC syllabus where they must teach students Mandarin subjects. 
• Candidates with strong time management abilities and responsible attitude are essential.
