The Marketing &amp; Administrative Executive will provide administrative and coordination support to the marketing department. This role focuses on documentation, vendor coordination, quotation sourcing, price comparison, and event arrangement to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Prepare and maintain marketing documentation, reports, and records. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Organize files, contracts, and marketing-related paperwork. &nbsp;</li>

<h3>Vendor &amp; Quotation Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Source and obtain quotations from vendors and suppliers. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Compare pricing, prepare cost comparisons, and assist in vendor selection. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with vendors to coordinate production timelines and delivery. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Event &amp; Project Coordination</h3>

<li>Assist in organizing marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics such as venue arrangements, booth setup, and materials preparation. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all necessary materials and documents are prepared before events. &nbsp;</li>

<h3>Marketing Operations Support</h3>
