Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team. The Retail Assistant will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers by providing excellent service, maintaining store standards, and assisting with daily operations. 
Key Responsibilities - Greet and assist customers politely and professionally, answering inquiries and providing product recommendations. - Cashier, Process sales transactions - Restock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized. - Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the supervisor or manager. - Assist with promotional activities, such as setting up signage, distributing flyers, packing gifts or informing customers about ongoing discounts. - Handle customer enquiries &amp; complaints or issues calmly and escalate complex matters to the store manager when necessary. - Support team members in daily tasks, such as stocktaking or closing the store.&nbsp;&nbsp;
