• Manage cross-brand projects and ensure smooth progress

• Track action items from meetings, follow up with teams

Job Requirements

• Someone who’s organized, responsible, and can follow through on tasks
  做事有条理、负责任，能够跟进并完成交办事项 
• Experience in marketing, events, or retail coordination is a big plus
  有市场营销、活动策划或零售协调相关经验者优先 
• Able to communicate well with internal teams, vendors, and retail partners
  能与内部团队、供应商及零售合作伙伴良好沟通 
• Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Canva, etc.
  熟悉使用基础工具，如 Google Sheets、Excel、Canva 等 
• Not afraid to get hands-on — whether it’s setting up a booth or running last-minute errands
  不怕亲力亲为，无论是布置展位或临时跑腿都能灵活应对 
• Knows how to turn offline activities into engaging online content
  懂得如何将线下活动转化为有趣的线上内容 
• Familiar with Instagram, Xiaohongshu, or other social media platforms
  熟悉 Instagram、小红书或其他社交媒体平台 
• Bonus if you have your own transport and are okay with occasional travel for events
  若自备交通工具，并能接受偶尔出差参与活动者更佳
