About Us FRWD (Cuura Space) is a forward-thinking furniture and home makeover brand. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Customer Service team member to deliver excellent service, close sales, and provide a great showroom experience for customers.
Responsibilities
Sales
<ul>
<li>Engage with walk-in customers and understand their furniture or makeover needs.</li>
<li>Present products, layouts, and solutions that match customer requirements.</li>
<li>Achieve monthly sales targets for furniture or makeover packages.</li>
<li>Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, calls, and email.</li>
<li>Prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and assist with payment processes.</li>
<li>Work closely with designers and the operations team to deliver customer projects smoothly.</li>
</ul>
Customer Service
<ul>
<li>Respond to customer enquiries across all channels (showroom, WhatsApp, social media).</li>
<li>Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.</li>
