About Us
FRWD (Cuura Space) is a forward-thinking furniture and home makeover brand. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Customer Service team member to deliver excellent service, close sales, and provide a great showroom experience for customers.

Responsibilities

Sales

• Engage with walk-in customers and understand their furniture or makeover needs.
• Present products, layouts, and solutions that match customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for furniture or makeover packages.
• Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, calls, and email.
• Prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and assist with payment processes.
• Work closely with designers and the operations team to deliver customer projects smoothly.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer enquiries across all channels (showroom, WhatsApp, social media).
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and overall visitor experience.
• Assist in customer appointment scheduling and product demos.

General Support

• Assist during events, launches, and campaigns.
• Provide support with simple admin or documentation tasks when required.
• Update customer records, sales reports, and follow-up status.
• Attend to Meta leads.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field (fresh grads welcome).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and patient.
• Willing to work on weekends as part of the retail schedule (off days on weekdays).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Bonus: Experience in furniture, interior design, or retail sales.
