Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Executive with strong communication and coordination skills to manage client accounts for uniforms and corporate merchandise.

This is a customer-facing role, where you will handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated to the design and production teams. Basic design knowledge is preferred to better understand customer briefs and support the preparation of mock-ups and artwork.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Service (Core Role)

• Respond to sales enquiries and generate new business opportunities
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients
• Manage customer accounts and maintain good long-term relationships
• Coordinate order details, timelines, and delivery arrangements
• Handle customer feedback, revisions, and after-sales support
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams

2. Design Coordination (Design Knowledge Preferred)

• Understand customer design requirements and translate them clearly to the design team
• Assist in reviewing mock-ups, artwork, and visual presentations before client submissio
• Advise customers on colours, fabric options, logo placement, sizing, and finishing (basic knowledge preferred)
• Work closely with designers and production team to ensure design accuracy and approval

3. Project Coordination

• Track order progress, design approvals, and production timelines
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams
• Maintain proper records of customer orders and documentation

 4. Compliance & Other Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, ISO 9001, GDPMD, and other applicable standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

• Open to Malaysian candidates only
• Possess Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
• Required Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred
• Basic knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent) is an advantage
• Experience in apparel, uniform, or merchandise industry is a plus
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable liaising with clients and internal teams
• Knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is an added advantage
• Willing to work at Telok Panglima Garang HQ
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley when required
• Candidate must be willing to work near Kota Kemuning or Bandar Rimbayu
