Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive, Content Creator

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and analytical Content Creator (Executive / Senior Executive level) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate excels in videography and visual storytelling, while also leveraging data and performance insights to create engaging, impactful content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Videography

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, campaigns, websites, and events. 
• Develop creative visual concepts aligned with brand direction and marketing objectives.
• Execute storytelling that resonates with target audiences across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
   

Data-Driven Content Strategy

• Analyze content performance metrics (reach, engagement, retention, etc.) to identify trends and improve future content. 
• Collaborate with marketing teams to test and optimize content types, posting schedules, and messaging based on data insights.
• Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or social media dashboards to inform decision-making.
   

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to support campaign rollouts, product launches, and brand narratives.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for content marketing campaigns, user-generated content, and brand storytelling.
   

Project Management

• Manage content timelines, video production schedules, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure content is properly archived and reusable.
   

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, especially in video production and post-editing.
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Strong understanding of content analytics and ability to interpret data to drive content strategies.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and their video content trends and formats.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• A team player who is also self-driven and proactive.
   

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects or similar).
• Photography and basic photo editing skills.
• Experience working in lifestyle, furniture, home improvement, or e-commerce sectors.
