What You’ll Do:

• Respond to customer enquiries and assist with service bookings
• Listen to customer needs, identify pain points, and recommend suitable services
• Guide customers through the service process from drop-off to delivery
• Manage vehicle check-ins and ensure clear service understanding
• Liaise with the Operations Team to track progress and provide timely updates
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and service-related documents
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
   

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving approach
• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant background in the automotive industry (strongly preferred)
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin(preferred) and BM
• Experience in customer service or service advisor roles
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Worskspace and CRM systems
• Have a passion for cars and delivering premium customer experiences
