Job Description

  • Handle daily accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accurate data entry into accounting systems.
• Support audit and tax preparation processes.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external auditors when
