Job Description

We are looking for a KOL Marketing Intern to support influencer marketing campaigns from sourcing to reporting. This role involves research, coordination, communication, and campaign execution. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Research and source suitable KOLs / influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
   
• Assist in outreach, communication, and follow-ups with KOLs
   
• Support negotiation of deliverables, timelines, and basic rates
   
• Coordinate content submission, approvals, and posting schedules
   
• Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, views, conversions)
   
• Prepare simple campaign reports and summaries
   
• Maintain influencer database and campaign records

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
   
• Familiar with social media platforms and influencer trends
   
• Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus)
   
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
   
• Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel for tracking
   
• Willing to follow processes and meet deadlines
