<li>Monitor the repair and maintenance of property facilities like Air Conditioning, Water Plumbing, M&amp;E, Electrical Lighting System, Swimming Pool, etc.</li>
<li>Make a report for any issue and suggest solution for the issue.</li>
<li>Make sure maintenance schedule executed.</li>
<li>Monitor actual vs budget for maintenance.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience to assist in minor fixing/repair.</li>
<li>Point of contact for maintenance vendors</li>
<li>Need to liaise with vendors for quotation and negotiation</li>
</ul>
