Job Description

• Website Performance Analysis - Use tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to identify optimization opportunities by uncovering and resolving user experience roadblocks to improve engagement and reduce bounce rates.
• A/B and Multivariate Testing - Plan, execute, and analyze tests to improve metrics like form fills and conversion rates. Implement winning variations directly in Webflow.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) - Continuously refine CTAs, forms, and page layouts to increase MQL generation. Ensure user journeys are smooth, intuitive, and aligned with business goals.
• Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration - Communicate recommendations and share performance insights with stakeholders. Work closely with the marketing team to align design strategies with broader marketing objectives.
• Webflow Implementation - Design and implement website updates directly in Webflow.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• Min 5 years of UI/UX psychology and conversion rate optimisation principles.
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or similar).
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a user-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe, Sketch and Webflow is an added advantage.
