 What You’ll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (HR leaders, managers, decision makers)
• Attend client meetings (in person & virtual)
• Travel to client offices and training venues (within Klang Valley; occasionally outstation)
• Understand client needs & propose training solutions
• Prepare proposals & presentations
• Manage relationships & grow accounts
• Achieve your monthly, quarterly and yearly personal sales target
• Work closely with trainers & internal teams to deliver programs

Job Requirements

• Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations
• Confident communication skills (English & BM; Mandarin is a bonus)
• Enjoy meeting people & building connections
• Self discipline, Goal-driven, proactive & hungry to grow
• Fresh grads are encouraged to apply — attitude matters more than experience
• Own car & valid driving licence (client meetings + travel required)
