You won’t just be selling training programs — you’ll be helping organisations grow their people and performance. 

What You’ll Be Selling:

• Corporate Training Programs
• Teambuilding Solutions
• E-Learning & HRD Corp Claimable Programs
• Talent & Learning Solutions

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and approach SME/corporate clients (B2B)
• Meet HR, L&D, and business leaders
• Propose customised training solutions
• Prepare proposals & follow up professionally
• Close deals and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
• Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth delivery

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales / business development (Fresh grads with strong drive are welcome)
• Confident communicator (English & BM required; Mandarin is a plus)
• Target-driven and performance-focused
• Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings
• Own car & valid driving licence (travelling required)
