Job Description
- Manage and maintain the client's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Monitor social media activities, respond to comments and messages, and engage with online communities.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to develop marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in content creation, copywriting, and marketing-related administrative tasks.
- Support the team in organizing marketing events, promotions, and branding activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Good writing and communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is an advantage.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
