Job Description

 Join us as an IT Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping how technology drives our business forward across our growing footprint in six countries — Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia and China. In this hands-on role, you’ll work side by side with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to uncover needs, design smarter processes, and deliver solutions that make a real impact. You’ll be at the heart of turning ideas into reality — from gathering requirements and testing new systems to optimizing workflows and championing improvements that add real value for our customers.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders, to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new systems, features, or enhancements. Conduct stakeholder meeting, and requirements elicitation sessions to capture client needs effectively.
• Quality Assurance & User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to validate software solutions against business requirements. Coordinate UAT activities with end-users, ensuring that systems meet functional and usability expectations before deployment.
• Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including clients, internal stakeholders, IT professionals, and vendors. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze business workflows, procedures, and systems to identify inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Recommend and implement process enhancements to tackle the business needs.

Job Requirements

• Should possess a Degree in IT or relevant fields
• At least 2 - 4 years’ experience in related field
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin vernacular is a MUST
• Must have initiative and able to work with minimum supervision
• Experience in QA testing will be an added advantage
• Must have good written or oral communication skills
