&nbsp;Join us as an IT Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping how technology drives our business forward across our growing footprint in six countries — Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia and China. In this hands-on role, you’ll work side by side with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to uncover needs, design smarter processes, and deliver solutions that make a real impact. You’ll be at the heart of turning ideas into reality — from gathering requirements and testing new systems to optimizing workflows and championing improvements that add real value for our customers.
<ul>
<li>Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal &amp; external stakeholders, to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new systems, features, or enhancements. Conduct stakeholder meeting, and requirements elicitation sessions to capture client needs effectively.</li>
<li>Quality Assurance &amp; User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to validate software solutions against business requirements. Coordinate UAT activities with end-users, ensuring that systems meet functional and usability expectations before deployment.</li>
<li>Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including clients, internal stakeholders, IT professionals, and vendors. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</li>
<li>Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze business workflows, procedures, and systems to identify inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Recommend and implement process enhancements to tackle the business needs.</li>
