<p><strong>Manage requirements for assigned projects from high level customer journey to detailed business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Plan, conduct / facilitate sessions for business requirements gathering and ensure the deliverables are met on timely basis.</li>
<li>Prepare, present and update stakeholders on as-is and to-be models, including the process, data, workflow, and application, as part of the requirements gathering / user story preparation process considering customer’s journey and experience.</li>
<li>Identify technical development areas and ideate to-be model solutions with technical teams.</li>
<li>Collaborate with project manager and technology team to build perform risk assessment, project scope and development of a high-level plan.</li>
<li>Analyze and manage requirement traceability matrix and prioritizes requirements.</li>
<li>Perform quality review checks on project deliverables from stakeholders.</li>
<li>Develop test plans, perform testing, and conduct training activities.</li>
<li>Manage post implementation activities including problem solving with stakeholder engagements for root cause analysis and improvements.</li>
<li>Adapt and apply different delivery methodologies including SCRUM and Waterfall determining the best methodology for the specific project.</li>
