About the role

Ban Hin Bee Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intern to join our E-com Administration team in our George Town, Penang office. This is a full-time internship opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in data entry, word processing, and general office administration.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks
2. Assist with general word processing and document preparation
3. Provide administrative support to the office, including filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties
4. Contribute to the maintenance of office systems and procedures
5. Learn about content creation and social media
6. Undertake any other duties as assigned to support the smooth running of the office

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

1. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Cap Cut, Canva
2. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
5. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
