You will play an important role in
<ol>
<li>Liaise with E-Commerce and Operations teams on sales data, stock movement, and payment status.</li>
<li>Collect and sort invoices.</li>
<li> Administer the account receivable function and maintain appropriate records.</li>
<li>Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner</li>
<li>To perform month end reconciliation/ month end schedules and all other related works</li>
<li>To assist on the daily task of banking transaction, account receivables and account.</li>
<li>Ensuring and practicing a proper filing system.</li>
<li>Performing all other ad-hoc duties assigned by the director whenever necessary from time to time</li>
<li>Supporting managers and sales teams through a variety of tasks related to events, campaigns, and communication.</li>
<li>Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.</li>
<li>Maintain proper and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with company laws, accounting standards, and statutory requirements</li>
</ol>
