Job Description

 

You will play an important role in

  1. Liaise with E-Commerce and Operations teams on sales data, stock movement, and payment status.
  2. Collect and sort invoices.
  3.  Administer the account receivable function and maintain appropriate records.
  4. Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner
  5. To perform month end reconciliation/ month end schedules and all other related works
  6. To assist on the daily task of banking transaction, account receivables and account.
  7. Ensuring and practicing a proper filing system.
  8. Performing all other ad-hoc duties assigned by the director whenever necessary from time to time
  9. Supporting managers and sales teams through a variety of tasks related to events, campaigns, and communication.
  10. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  11. Maintain proper and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with company laws, accounting standards, and statutory requirements

Job Requirements

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 

·Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Management, 

·Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

·Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

· Fluent in English and Mandarin will be added advantage

·Strong organizational and planning skills

·Solid computer literacy skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
