Requirements:
▪ Possess at least a degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics related qualification
▪ At least 2 to 5 years experience in finance and financial services industry related
▪ Willing to work in a tight deadline and result driven.
▪ Having a professional qualification is added advantage.
▪ Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
▪ Computer Literate
▪ Business planning or business analyst experience in the financial services industry
▪ Strong analytical skills
▪ Good writing skills

Job Description
▪ Assist the AGM, Strategic Planning to facilitate and execute Value-based Intermediary (VBI) initiatives (e.g. VBI scorecard)
▪ To conduct detailed analysis (including but not limited to financials, SWOT, market segmentation, customer segmentation etc) e.g. monthly banking industry update, thematic analysis
▪ Support the planning process via strategy analysis and formulation
▪ Facilitate development of Corporate Strategy/ Direction
▪ Support overall monitoring of initiatives pertaining to GLC Transformation, updates to be submitted to the GLC Transformation Office (Khazanah vis-à-vis BHB)
▪ Facilitate the development of guidelines and direction for the implementation of
▪ Develop and monitor KPI/ Balanced Scorecard Framework and KPIs reporting within CEO-1
▪ Provide updated key insights to rating agencies for reviewing purposes.
▪ Tracking business performance and strategies of divisions
▪ To assist the AGM, Strategic Planning in all strategic matters and strategic initiatives of Bank Islam.
