Job Description:&nbsp; Summary of Job Description for&nbsp;Marketing Officer&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible in carrying duties and responsibilities as detailed out below towards achieving the annual business target set for Vehicle Financing.&nbsp; &nbsp; Duties and Responsibilities: &nbsp; Financial Segment: <ul> <li>To achieve monthly business target for Vehicle Financing as follows:</li> <li>Submission of Approval of RM4.00m</li> <li>Total Approved Financing of RM2.6m</li> <li>Total Disbursement of RM1.8m</li> <li>Penetration of Non National Segment with minimum disbursement of ratio National and Non National at 60:40 per month</li> <li>Maintain zero Impaired for accounts disbursed within one year anniversary. &nbsp;</li> </ul> Risk and Control Segment: <ul> <li>To keep threshold of zero internal and external fraud cases on yearly basis</li> <li>To ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/ guidelines and external regulatory requirements with threshold of not more than 4 incidents of medium risk due to internal audit / compliance review, self-audit, Shariah Audit etc.</li> <li>To ensure all documents received via Whatsapp and/or email and all application being cancelled or rejected are deleted or destroyed on timely basis as directed to ensure compliance on PDPA and Bank’s secrecy requirement.. &nbsp;</li> </ul> Service Excellence Segment: <ul> <li>Conduct visitation to dealers to improve business rapport: minimum 4 dealers/day or any threshold as directed.</li> <li>To submit for approval the application received from dealer within T+1 day once all the documents required duly fulfilled.</li> <li>To complete the site visitation requirement within T+1 day (within own territory) or T+3 day (outside territory) or any threshold as directed</li> <li>To follow up on pending cases status with dealers / customer within T+2 days</li> <li>To follow up and conduct renewal of Letter of Undertaking (LoU) on timely basis.</li> <li>Conduct at least one product briefing/month to car dealer or any threshold as directed.</li> <li>Attend to enquiries/request and or complaints from car dealers/ customer within T+3 day or any threshold as directed.</li> <li>Recommend for appointment of car dealers as panel dealer (if any) and for DBR-I arrangement</li> </ul> &nbsp; Sales and Marketing Reporting Function: <ul> <li>Submit daily visitation planner report (if any) and weekly report and marketing activities on timely</li> <li>Review DBR-i arrangement for dealers before one (1) month of expiry of the arrangement</li> <li>To ensure accuracy on data entry into related system during creation of application</li> <li>To maintain and update the reports/data on submission, pending approval, pipeline data and or other reports required on timely basis.</li> </ul> &nbsp; Human Capital Development Segment: <ul> <li>Complete a minimum of 16 training hours in a year with completion of IDP requirement or any threshold</li> <li>To complete all e-learning courses as directed before the dateline given by HR &nbsp;</li> </ul> Other ad-hoc activities: <ul> <li>Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.</li> </ul>
