Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our financial advisory team. In this role, you will provide clients with professional guidance on insurance and investment solutions, helping them build financial security and wealth. You will engage with clients through consultations, presentations, roadshows, and campaigns while developing strong long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and present a full range of insurance and investment products confidently.
     
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships through personalized financial consultation.
     
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and apply active listening to understand client needs.
     
  • Participate in marketing activities such as roadshows, events, booth setups, and market surveys to expand business reach.
     
  • Set individual sales targets and track performance to achieve business goals.
     
  • Support clients with policy servicing, claims submission, and administrative follow-ups.
     
  • Adapt to market changes, regulatory updates, and agency best practices.
     
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification (must pass Bahasa Malaysia & Sejarah).
     
  • At least 1 year of working experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
     
  • Strong passion for personal growth, financial success, and helping others.
     
  • Confident, professional communication with strong presentation skills.
     
  • Positive mindset, self-driven, and willing to learn continuously.
