Job Title: Marketing cum Administration Staff

Department: Marketing & Administration

Reports To: Marketing Manager / General Manager / Director

Location: Taman Desa KL

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Marketing cum Administration Staff is responsible for supporting both marketing and administrative functions within the company. This role focuses on executing marketing activities such as managing social media, coordinating with KOLs/influencers, and preparing A&P materials, while also handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Promotion

  •  Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
  •  Prepare and coordinate advertising and promotional (A&P) materials, such as posters, banners, brochures, and online content.
  •  Support the organization of marketing events, product launches, and exhibitions.
  •  Liaise with vendors, printers, and agencies to produce marketing collaterals.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  •  Manage and update company social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  •  Plan and post engaging content to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
  •  Monitor social media analytics, track performance, and prepare monthly reports.
  •  Research trends, hashtags, and digital strategies to improve online visibility.

KOL / Influencer Marketing

  •  Identify and reach out to suitable KOLs, influencers, or brand ambassadors for collaborations.
  •  Negotiate partnerships, manage content timelines, and ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
  •  Maintain a database of influencers and monitor the effectiveness of influencer campaigns.
  •  Build and maintain good relationships with external partners and collaborators.

Administrative Support

  •  Handle general office administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  •  Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordination with suppliers or vendors.
  •  Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and presentations as needed.
  •  Support HR or management with coordination of internal activities and company events.
  •  Assist in handling petty cash, expense claims, and basic bookkeeping support (if required).

Other Duties

  •  Provide general support to the management team and other departments as assigned.
  •  Ensure all marketing and administrative tasks are completed on time and align with company objectives.

Qualifications:

  •  Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  •  1–3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, administration, or related roles. Fresh graduates welcomed.
  •  Knowledge of social media management, influencer marketing, and digital content creation.
  •  Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) are an advantage.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  •  Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  •  Organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
