Responsible on project document management, project monitoring, tracking, and overseeing project governance and implementation for deliverables. Liaise and communicate with stakeholders, other units within the division and external parties. &nbsp; Duties and Responsibilities <ul> <li>Manage projects within the approved budget, timeline, and resources. Responsible to manage, coordinate and execute projects assigned with main and third-party vendors.</li> <li>Coordinates project deliverables to IT Programme Management Office (IT PMO), business users and other stakeholders. Coordinate Project meeting and scheduling for assigned IT initiatives and Projects.</li> <li>Responsible to ensure project implementation are tracked and monitored through PMO and IT PMO.</li> <li>Monitor and compiling Projects implementation costing, budgeting and procurement (budgeting and control) inclusive of Project payment milestone and invoicing.</li> <li>Consolidate Project reports, proposals /approval note to Board of Directors, Management and Project Steering Committee.</li> <li>To maintain project documentation in Project Management Information System (PMIS) for retrieval and save keeping.</li> <li>Responsible for any other duties and assignment as directed by GCDO.</li> <li>Responsible to be assigned to work on any other IT PMO areas other than the one currently in the JD which assigned by IT PMO Department Head.</li> <li>Responsible to comply to both IT Policies and Enterprise Information Security Policies.</li> <li>Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.</li> </ul> &nbsp; Qualification Degree in any related discipline &nbsp; Years of Experience More than 5 years’ experience in Project Management, PMO in Banking Institution. &nbsp; Specific Skills/Knowledge and Certification Required <ul> <li>Must have knowledge and experience in Banking applications, having Islamic Banking knowledge, Banking Business products and processes behavioral knowledge are added advantage.</li> <li>Possess strong interpersonal and effective communication skills for effective interaction and ability to communicate to different level of Management.</li> <li>Has Make-it-happen-fast attitude, acknowledge expertise and result oriented. Should be able to work independently, assertive, committed, self-motivated and resourceful.</li> <li>Possess strong foundation in Project Management framework, function and Project implementation handling and governance. Exposure to release management is an added advantage.</li> <li>Possess strong foundation in Agile Project Management guideline.</li> <li>Well verse in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Plan, Visio, and Power Point)</li> <li>Certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an advantage.</li> <li>Possess Banking business domain knowledge would be an advantage.</li> </ul>
