<h3><strong>ROLE OVERVIEW</strong></h3>
<p>As a Managing Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the delivery of end-to-end technology implementation projects. You’ll manage a team of consultants and analysts, orchestrate project execution, and serve as the trusted advisor to clients navigating digital transformation.</p>
<p>This role blends strategic thinking, project leadership, and hands-on delivery. You’ll bring together people, process, and technology to create real business outcomes.</p>

<h3><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>Project Management</strong></h4>

<li>Lead multiple client projects through the full lifecycle — from scoping and planning to implementation, testing, and post-launch support.</li>
<li>Develop and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.</li>
<li>Monitor project progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to keep delivery on track.</li>
<li>Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards through structured testing, documentation, and validation processes.</li>
<li>Manage risks proactively and maintain clear, transparent reporting for internal and client stakeholders.</li>

<h4><strong>Team Leadership and Collaboration</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional project teams consisting of analysts, consultants, and technical specialists.</li>
<li>Create a collaborative environment that promotes accountability, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and performance feedback to nurture professional growth within the team.</li>
<li>Foster effective communication across internal departments and client teams to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.</li>

<li>Serve as the main point of contact and strategic advisor to clients throughout project delivery.</li>
<li>Develop strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and value creation.</li>
<li>Manage client expectations, resolve issues proactively, and ensure overall client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Represent the company professionally in presentations, progress reviews, and post-implementation evaluations.</li>

<h4><strong>Technical Expertise and Innovation</strong></h4>

<li>Stay ahead of technology trends in ERP, RPA, AI, analytics, and mobile platforms.</li>
<li>Translate complex client needs into practical and scalable technology solutions.</li>
