Job Description:&nbsp; SUMMARY Responsible for achieving the monthly individual target for Retail Banking products &amp; services also to ensure compliance with the bank’s guidelines / policy / procedures. &nbsp; DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Plan and implement marketing campaigns and activities to promote Retail Banking products i.e., Personal Financing, House Financing, Credit Card and other related fee-based income services.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Participate in sales and promotional activities arranged by Regional Office / Head Office.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Gather and analyze financial data in order to offer financial advisory services to customers.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Actively involved in increasing product holding via cross-selling activities.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Responsible for acquiring new customers and nurture a new customer base.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proactively manage and build customer relationships and provide good after sales service to avoid complaints and attrition.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">To attend to all customers’ requests / complaints promptly and within stipulated service level.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Solicit and submit financing application to the relevant stakeholders for decision and approvals within agreed TAT.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Escalate to superior any fraud attempt detected during processing of the application.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure that documents submitted for application are properly processed as per guideline.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Timely preparation of reports on marketing, sales activities and performance to Retail Sales Manager.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior from time to time / as per business requirement from time to time.</li> </ul> &nbsp; QUALIFICATION <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Diploma / Degree in any related discipline or equivalent experience.</li> </ul> &nbsp; YEARS OF EXPERIENCE <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Minimum 1 year experience in banking industry, experience in personal financing &amp; house financing would be an advantage.</li> </ul> &nbsp; SPECIFIC SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Possessing TBE added value.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">High inclination towards a sales-driven culture.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent communication, interpersonal with good business acumen and customer service skills.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Be an assertive and innovative team player, highly independent, committed, self-motivated, resourceful and result oriented.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience of working in a fast-moving business environment</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ability to network across a variety of functions at various levels and countries.</li> </ul>
