Job Purpose : 
Attend complaint and immediately repairing on item/work regarding civil and structure. Monitoring contractor for major and minor civil and structure repairing work/project. Assist on civil inspection and stock keeping for civil spare parts.

Accountabilities (not limited to) :
<ul>
<li>Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.</li>
<li>Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.</li>
<li>Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely solutions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient operation of building systems.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent plumbing issues.</li>
<li>Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.</li>
<li>Assist to oversee the building operations management ie. civil &amp; structure and other related to building civil work.</li>
<li>Assist to execute building audits and inspections including preparation of reports, recommendation for improvements based on audit/inspections findings.</li>
</ul>
