Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all family-owned properties.
- Conduct routine inspections and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff and external vendors.
- Ensure all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems function efficiently.
- Handle minor repairs and troubleshoot facility issues promptly.
- Monitor security systems and uphold property safety standards.
- Coordinate renovation or improvement projects with contractors and designers.
- Track maintenance budgets, log expenses, and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure all work is carried out with discretion and high confidentiality.
- Be on-call for emergencies and urgent repair needs.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical & Electrical and Air Conditioning or other related fields
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience and have understanding of facilities design and maintenance
- Willing to work at Bukit Timah
- Experience in handling luxury, high-end building - hotel/condo/residential
