Key Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all family-owned properties.</li>
<li>Conduct routine inspections and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.</li>
<li>Manage and supervise maintenance staff and external vendors.</li>
<li>Ensure all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems function efficiently.</li>
<li>Handle minor repairs and troubleshoot facility issues promptly.</li>
<li>Monitor security systems and uphold property safety standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate renovation or improvement projects with contractors and designers.</li>
<li>Track maintenance budgets, log expenses, and provide regular status updates.</li>
<li>Ensure all work is carried out with discretion and high confidentiality.</li>
<li>Be on-call for emergencies and urgent repair needs.</li>
</ol>
